Brian was a refugee that joined the 2nd Mass.

He and a group of 20 refugees had huddled in an antique shop for several days before being rescued by the 2nd Mass, when he arrived at their compound he was able to direct the 2nd Mass to Alexander Vlensa. He mentions that the group traded weapons for food to Alexander, and that his wife Linsie said they should stay with him, but was voted against as he was crazy.
