Charlotte is the daughter of Sarah whose a civilian traveling in the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment. Sarah was pregnant before the invasion began, saying she has the worst luck.

"Sanctuary (Part 2)"[]
When Sarah was giving birth, Charlotte was breach, which meant that she was upside down and coming out feet first. Luckily, Captain Weaver assisted in the birth and turned the baby around, as his first daughter had been born breach and that he had assisted in the home delivery.
"Eight Hours"[]
She was evacuated from the school with her mother and the other civilians when the skitters learned of the school's location.
Season 2[]
"Shall We Gather at the River"[]
When Tom returns to the 2nd Mass, Anne reveals to Tom that she pinned up pictures of the people they lost; when Tom looks at the pictures, a picture of Sarah can be seen next to Rick's indicating that she has been killed. After her mothers death, it is unknown what happened to Charlotte.
