Cyrus Ruskin was a fighter in the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment.

"At All Costs"[]
Cyrus joined the 2nd Mass in Boston. His wife Marjorie was killed during the Battle of Fitchburg, which hit Cyrus hard. He remained with the 2nd Mass all the way to Charleston, South Carolina.
Several months after the Volm arrived, he was killed by Espheni forces during an attack on Charleston, Col. Daniel Weaver and Tom Mason mourned his loss after the attack noting that he had been with the 2nd Mass since the beginning.
